Hello fall and cooler weather! We had a great weekend together as a family. We cleaned, played, cooked and starting potty training the twins. Which by the way is ridiculously hard! Any twin families will tips please help!
One highlight from the weekend was recreating one of my Grandmother’s cookie recipes. I legit made Gluten Free snickerdoodle cookies that would make any Gluten eater happy. The girls helped me shift the GF flour and roll the dough in cinnamon and sugar. I love teaching our kids to cook!
I’m working on a fun way to share all of our favorite family Gluten Free holiday recipes with you guys. More details to come.
On a side note, if you ever wondered how I take pictures of my food – this is how.
I run outside with my plate and any props, followed by the kiddos and try to find the best light in the yard. I’m sure professional photographers would shun me for this, but this is how I do it 🙂
Our life is back to semi-normal this week. We have a few evening events but should be able to stay on plan.
Monday – Homemade veggie pasta sauce served with GF pasta for kiddos and zoodles for the adults
Tuesday – Taco Bake – still working on perfecting the recipe for you guys!
Wednesday – Dinner out before a church event
Thursday – Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Bake
Friday – Herb Pork Loin for kiddos and my mom, hubby and I have a work event Recipe from eMeals
Saturday – Gluten Free Chili
