That is right friends, we are attempting the paleo lifestyle along with eating Gluten Free. I could go into a bunch of details about why it is healthier, avoiding sugar… but to be honest Hubby and I need to drop some weight. For us that will look like focusing on meats, veggies, and fruit. We will attempt to avoid grains, dairy and sugar but I’m only looking for an 80% success rate. So for this week our house is filled with meat, veggies, fruit and coconut flour!
Monday – Roast Beef in the slow cooker – sweet potato and kale side
Tuesday – Baked Chicken with sautéed veggies
Wednesday – Beef, Mushrooms and Kale Stir Fry
Thursday – Gluten Free / Grain Free Meatballs – if they come out well I will share the recipe
Friday – Baked Chicken Fajitas
Saturday – Breakfast for dinner – pancakes, eggs and bacon

Hi, so my daughter was diagnosed 6 months ago with Celiac. She is 5 (4 at diagnosis). I can’t get her to eat much of anything. My question – how do you find the time to do a menu and stick to it? What’s the best way to go about getting on a menu plan? I feel like I need to get on one or my daughter is going to live on GoPicnics and noodles as that’s all I can get her to eat. Thanks!
PS – You can email me if that’s easier than doing a blog post.

Feeding GF kids is a challenge. Our 3 year olds are GF and it is hard!!
It only takes 5-10 minutes a week to make our menu. I just go through my recipe page and any new recipes I’ve pinned and make my grocery list from there. Most all of my recipes are kid friendly so hopefully you will find something to feed your little one!
