Our family needs a do-over for this past week! We had a nasty stomach bug that hit three out of five people. I was knocked out for a day and half from the thing, then Hubby and Curly got it a few days later. Needless to say it was a long week and the house smells like bleach!
Eating paleo went pretty well considering the chaos. It also helped that the paleo grocery shopping and meal prep filled our house with lots of paleo options. However, halfway through the week I put half the meat in the freezer because it was clear I was not going to be able to do much cooking! I am also down three pounds but I attribute that mostly to the stomach bug.

Monday – Honey Slow Cooker Chicken – Served with rice for kids and veggies for adults
Tuesday – Baked Chicken with sautéed veggies (didn’t make last week)
Wednesday – Beef, Mushrooms and Kale Stir Fry (didn’t make last week)
Thursday – Gluten Free / Grain Free Meatballs – if they come out well I will share the recipe (didn’t make last week)
Friday – Kale Lemon Pasta
Saturday – One Dish Wonder – will use sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes
