Time to share about an awesome NEW Gluten Free book. Gluten-Free on a Budget is written by Chandice Probst and her mom Tana Besendorfer. You probably know Chandice from Gluten Free Frenzy, the biggest Gluten Free giveaway website. She has loads of great giveaways and products. Chandice also heads up Gluten Free Calendar. Besides the websites Chandice is a mom to two boys and a brand new baby girl. Chandice is also a whale of a good time! I have had the pleasure of spending time with her and she is super fun.
So back to the new book! Gluten-Free on a Budget covers:
Great Starts
Soups, Salads, Sides and Little Bites
The Main Event
Bread & Rolls
Delectable Desserts
Holidays & Traditions
This great book also covers topics like Gluten Free basics, stocking your pantry, grocery lists, and packing lunch boxes. It is truly a wealth of knowledge.
The recipes have clear ingredient lists and well written instructions. Some recipes even come with tips from Tana to help you prepare the dish properly. The book is also filled with great photos to get your appetitie going even before you start cooking!
There are so many recipes I can’t wait to try like the: Buttermilk Biscuits, Navajo Tacos, Mint Brownies and Whatever Cake just to name a few!
Seriously guys, this book is super fun and since Chandice and her mom, Tana rock they are letting me give a copy of their book away!
