Well Hello There 2015!

2015 is here and thus we have a new beginning.

How was 2014 for you?  Achieve any milestones?  Make some great memories?  Have any big life changes?

2014 was a wonderful year for me as a wife, mom, author and blogger.  It was filled with loads of adventures, travel, memories, laughter and joy.  Here is my 2014 goals post as a way to see how I did in meeting my goals.

Here are some highlights from 2014:

– Traveled to 12 different Gluten Free/ Food Expos all over the US

– Spoke at 9 events about how to live Gluten Free

– Wrote 3 ebooks and 1 paperback book

– Found out the twins carry the Celiac gene and are Gluten Sensitive

– All 3 kids started full day school and I went back to work full time

– Won an award in my professional life

– Created a new blog design

– Easy Gluten Free Holiday Recipes got on the Amazon Best Seller top 20 list!  And we gave away over 1,500 FREE copies!

– Had the privilege of meeting so many awesome people!

This brings us to 2015… time to have new goals.

Blog on

 2015 Goals:

1 – Blog On. It is simple phrase that encourages me to keep blogging.  This wonderful space is where I share our life, our food and our struggles.  However, in our busy life it does take a lot of time, effort and loss of sleep to keep up and running.  So my goal is to simply Blog On.

2 – Be stronger.  By this I mean both physically and mentally.  2014 was a tough year for me with my body image and my metal struggles.   I have joined a gym that I’m going to at least twice a week and I’m on some good anti-depressants to help stabilize my depression.

3 – Help.  My passion is to help people, at present my passion is to help people live Gluten Free.  If I can do that through speaking, books, travel, or another avenue that is what I want.

4. Love. Love God, Love People.

Love

Thank you ALL for being a part of this journey with me.  If it were not for you, none of this would be here.

Much Love!

Pam
