Charlotte, NC is one of our favorite places to visit. It is a short drive so hubby and I can escape for a night to relax. This past weekend our trip to Charlotte also included the GFAF Wellness Event at the Crown Plaza Hotel. This years event was wonderful as always! The people, food and products are always so fun.
