We had a fun weekend with Curly’s 6th birthday party on Saturday. All the food was Gluten Free and no one noticed, I take this as a compliment! If I can foul a room full of Gluten-eaters then the food must be good. The highlight of the party was when Elsa and Anna from Frozen showed up! The girls at the party went nuts!
As I write this it feels like spring outside and I have hope that the warm, sunny days will stick around for a while! The kiddos and I have already been to one park and I plan on taking them to another one before dinner.
Dinners this week will be some Gluten Free favorites.
Monday: Taco Salad with all the fixings
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Roast
Wednesday: Chicken Alfredo with steamed veggies
Thursday: Chicken Skillet Dinner
Friday: Hubby is charge I’ll be in Florida
