There are many options for Gluten Free bread available and it can be hard to find brands you enjoy. The Mountain White bread from Canyon Bakehouse is one of the go-to breads in our house. Here is why:
1 – You can buy it FRESH in Target 
2 – It tastes really good
3 – It is great for the kids lunches because it holds up all day without falling apart
4 – It doesn’t have to be toasted to be good
Canyon Bakehouse has a variety of products to include bagels, foccacia bread, hamburger buns, Brownie Bites and 4 flavors of bread. Many of these you can find at a local store (use their finder tool) or you can buy them online. It is also a steal at $5 for a loaf of Gluten Free bread when you buy it online. It is a little higher at our local grocery store. They do have an online coupon if you want to use it at your local store.
The mission of Canyon Bakehouse is to HELP YOU LOVE BREAD AGAIN.
