We have been gluten free since Dec 2014 when my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease. Having access to healthy, certified and DELICIOUS gluten free food can be a challenge but we are learning.
About 3 years my son and I have been gluten free.
I like to put the bagel chips in my salads and soups they make a nice addition
Never thought about the salad idea! I will have to try that. I normally just dip the bagel chips in cheesy spinach dip 🙂
