Let’s talk Gluten Free bread. There are a lot of options and not all brands are created equal. This month I will be sharing about 5 different brands. All of which I love for different reasons. Today we are talking about Three Bakers Gluten Free Bakery. The first time I ate a fresh slice of their White Bread Whole Grain I had hope, hope that I could enjoy bread again and I would not have to toast every slice of bread before it goes into my mouth. Another favorite is the Whole Grain Hoagie rolls. They are epic for sandwiches, hot dogs and pizza. See details here.
Three Bakers also has pizza, rolls, buns, bread and stuffing mix. Here is a great recipe that I created with their stuffing mix, Swiss Chicken Casserole. Three Bakers carries 6 different types of bread so there is something for everyone. If you want more goodies in your bread then reach for the 7 Ancient Grains Whole Grain Bread or the new Great Seed Whole Grain or the MaxOmega Whole Grain. All 3 are filled with goodness that you can see and add a great crunch to the bread and bring a ton of flavor.
You can use their “Where to Buy” tool to find a local retailer that carries their bread. Our local grocery store carries Three Bakers so it saves us a 45 minute drive to the health food store. Three Bakers has a blog that has fun recipes and resources for someone living Gluten Free.
Here is another review I wrote about Three Bakers.

Thank you for posting bread reviews!! Good gf bread is hard to come by. I was diagnosed celiac in 2006, and boy gf foods have come a long way since then 🙂

You are welcome. We all like different things and it is good to get other people opinions before you buy something.

I have been gluten free for about 10 years now. They first removed my gallbladder thinking my pain was that….but the pain remained. Finally got the correct diagnosis of Celiac Disease.

Sorry it took the gallbladder mess to finally get diagnosed. Sadly there are many Celiacs’ that have a similar story.
