Vegetarian Mamma Blogger Spotlight #GFreefor5

Vegetarian Mamma

Gluten Free? Dairy free? Peanut free? Tree nut free? Meat free? Then you HAVE to meet Cindy Gordon from Vegetarian Mamma. Cindy is the real deal blogger, recipe creator, cookbook author, allergy mom and community builder.

Cindy shares easy and yummy recipes that you can create for your family. She also does a great job of sharing NEW products with her readers and the posts often include giveaways! You know we all love free goodies!

Every Friday Cindy hosts “Gluten Free Fridays”. It is a place for people to share recipes from all different backgrounds and food preferences. Today she is hosting #176! That means 176 posts that are a great resource to find your next new recipe. I enjoy visiting the Gluten Free Friday posts and pinning all the recipes that I want to make later, which is normally all of them!

Cindy has 2 cookbooks out, Gluten Free Fork and The Dessert Fork. Both are great cookbooks with recipes that will satisfy your taste buds! The Gluten Free Fork has a single serve section which is great for when you just have to make food for yourself and want some fresh ideas.  The Dessert Fork has gorgeous pictures and dessert recipes that make my mouth water. The recipes are all Gluten Free, have Dairy Free options, peanut free and tree nut free.

I am also honored to call Cindy one of my dearest friends on this planet! We have shared the stage at many Gluten Free events for cooking demos and for lectures to help the Gluten Free/ Allergy community.
