Whenever Bars from Pamela’s Products #GFreefor5

Anyone who lives a Gluten Free lifestyle knows you never leave home without safe snacks. You never know when hunger will strike and if there will be any safe options around. We have Gluten Free snacks in the car, in my purse, in my desk and extras at the kids school just in case. Pamela’s Products has a great option for your take-along snack with their Whenever Bars.

The Whenever Bars Come in 6 Flavors

  1. Oat Blueberry Lemon Pamela's Whenever Bars
  2. Oat Double Chocolate *NEW*
  3. Oat Chocolate Chip Coconut
  4. Oat Cranberry Almond
  5. Oat Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip *NEW*
  6. Oat Raisin Walnut Spice

The Whenever Bars are a great snack between meals or to eat at a social event to tide you over until you can get a safe meal. The bars are certified Gluten Free, non-GMO and many ingredients are organic. The first ingredient is Gluten Free oats so you are going to get a filling snack.

WheneverBOXPeanutPamela’s Products also makes fabulous baking flour blends, graham crackers, cookies, fig bars and biscotti.  One of my first Gluten Free baking experiences was with Pamela’s Baking and Pancake Mix. It gave me hope that eating Gluten Free wouldn’t be so bad.  The Artisan Blend Non-Dairy flour blend is a good all purpose flour to use in your Gluten Free baking. Some of Pamela’s flours mixes have nuts so make sure you read the label if that is an issue for your family.

If you can’t find Whenever Bars in your local store just print out this brochure and take it into your grocery store.

My DD was diagnosed with Celiac 6 1/2 years ago so we’ve been gluten free ever since. I’ve developed a wheat intolerance, so I’ve been wheat free for about a year and a half. We love Pamela’s products (and many of the other products you tagged with this post).

I have been living gluten free for 16 years now. I had an amazing allergist who told me to try and eliminate gluten from my diet and see how I feel. I would never go back now and it is so much easier to find gluten free products now too.

We tested negative for celiac and do not live gluten free, but we have concerns about wheat (e.g. wheat belly) and avoid it, but not the other gluten grains.
