We stayed home, played outside and attempted to do laundry. Which by the way is my most dreaded chore, mostly because it is never ending and our kids wear so many outfits in 1 day! What do you dread?
This is week 3 in our Lean Body challenge. I have found the hardest part is making sure I stop and eat all the meals and mini-meals. I get so busy that I forget to eat my snacks. A huge time saver has been meal prep. This makes it so I can grab my containers on the way to work and I’m set for the day.

Monday: Pork Chops and steamed veggies
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Roast Chicken, brown rice and green beans
Wednesday: Sausage and peppers with brown rice pasta
Thursday: Honey Chicken Skillet
Friday: Out
Saturday: One Dish Wonder
