Welcome to the last week of April. Anyone know where the month went? Geez! Summer is just around the corner and our kids will be out of school in less than a month. Then comes camps, vacations and trips to the pool. But before we can get there, we have to finish up spring.
Speaking of spring, have you started your garden yet? We picked up some herbs and vegetables over the weekend to plant. The last few years I have done a pallet garden, but I want to try a raised garden this year. Hubby and my cousin are going to make one for us. Here is what we will be planting this year: basil, oregano, cilantro, thyme, parsley, zucchini, squash, tomatoes and cucumbers.
Gluten Free Lean Body Dinner Menu
This is week 4 of our 12 week Lean Body challenge. Hubby is going to a conference so it will be just me and the kiddos for 3 meals. We worked together to do some meal prep Sunday night so we have breakfasts and lunches in the fridge for a few days.
Monday: Honey Lime Chicken with steamed veggies
Tuesday: Turkey and Green Bean Saute with cauliflower rice
Wednesday: Shredded Chicken and Vegetables for fajitas *Slow Cooker Recipe*
Thursday: Dinner out
Friday: Breakfast for dinner
Saturday: Steak, mashed potatoes and green beans
