We had family time with my side Saturday and Hubby’s side on Sunday. It included fun at the zoo, GF food at a Japanese Steakhouse and grilling out.
This week the girls have their dance recital so 4 nights this week are filled with practices and the actual recital. This means even less time to make a good Gluten Free dinner. We already hit the grocery store so we are set for the week.
This is also the last week before my triathlon. I will be training as much as I can and downing as much protein as I can.

This is week 6 of our 12 week challenge so we are almost halfway. I am happy to say Hubby and I are still sticking with it and seeing results. A little planning and some meal prep goes a long way!
Monday: Lemon Garlic Chicken – recipe coming soon!
Tuesday: Parmesan Pork Chops, sautéed veggies and brown rice pasta
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Roast Chicken with green beans and brown rice
Thursday: Beef Lo Mein – One dish meal
Friday: Dinner Out
Saturday: Grilled chicken and veggies
