Healthy Food Kit Home Delivery

Any help with meal planning is a win for all of us busy Gluten Free people. I recently had the opportunity to try Healthy Food Kit’s pre-made meals. They prep, cook, seal and ship you an entire meal! All you have to do is heat it up in the microwave and enjoy. Seriously, it is that easy!

The kits are all Keto friendly and are created for the health and fitness community. So they are naturally Gluten Free and are made from real food!

The process is simple. You just pick the meals you want, they cook them and ship them to you. You heat them up whenever you are ready. You can order breakfast, lunch and dinner meals.

We were able to try 6 different meals and loved the convenience, ease, and quality of the meals.

Healthy Food Kit Gluten Free and Kept meals

Our meals included:

  • Chimichurri Meatballs with Zucchini Zoodles
  • Chicken Pesto Roulade and Creamed Spinach
  • Bacon Cheeseburger (no bun)
  • Buffalo Chicken Tenders and Cauliflower
  • Stuffed Pepper with Grass Feed Beef and Vegetables
  • Lettuce Wraps with Grass Fed Beef and Veggies

These were all single servings so Hubby and I had them for work lunches. My favorites were the Chicken Pesto and the Cheeseburger. The Chicken Pesto was cooked perfectly! The chicken was moist and the spinach pesto sauce was amazing. I had some left and used corn chips to finish it off. The Bacon Cheeseburger was bun-less and cooked with just a touch of pink on the inside.

All the packages had the ingredients clearly listed along with the nutritional information.

During the ordering process you can pick what foods you want to exclude like the top allergens. I’m not a seafood fan, so I can easily select to have those meats not sent to me.

The food was amazing and beyond convenient.

The prices range is around $10 per meal, which is less then eating out and worth it compared to the time you save from doing the shopping and meal prep yourself.

If you are looking for some real food that is easy, Healthy Food Kit is a great option!

Disclaimer: I was given the meals to try. The opinions and photos are my own.
