Traveling to Walt Disney World Gluten Free

By now, you should know that I love Disney World. I went twice in 2018 and have already gone once in 2019. I have 2 more Florida trips on the books where I hope to squeeze in some time with Mickey.

Where to eat Gluten Free in Disney World

On my most recent trip I went with my sister and ONLY my sister. That meant we were able to ride what we wanted, eat what we wanted, go where we wanted and shop where we wanted. With all my trips to Disney World I actually went on 4 new to me rides during this trip. When you have 3 young kids in tow, any wait over 20 minutes isn’t worth it!

Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida has so many amazing options for Gluten Free and allergy friendly food. We did miss the most amazing GF beignets at Port Orleans French Quarter, but there is always next time!

If you are looking for a safe and fun place for your family to visit, Disney World should be on the top of your list! You can eat safely and have fun.
