Let’s get our dinners planned for the week.
Yes, life is not “normal” but I’m still trying to at least have a plan for dinner. This week is full with kids in school, work, and meetings. That means any meal planning and prep I can do will save stress later.
GLUTEN FREE MEAL PLAN
MONDAY – meatloaf muffins with mashed potatoes
TUESDAY – taco Tuesday
WEDNESDAY – chicken stir fry rice
THURSDAY – baked ziti
FRIDAY – take out
SATURDAY – garlic pork loin and roasted veggies
MEAL PREP PLAN
SUNDAY
- order groceries through Instacart to be delivered Sunday afternoon
- marinate the chicken in soy sauce
- prepare the meatloaf muffins so I just have to heat them up Monday night
- pre-cut the veggies for taco Tuesday
By doing these few things on Sunday, I will cut my cooking time significantly during the week.
