Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I hope you wore green and avoided any pinchers! Since I work with 5th and 6th graders Sunday morning I made sure I had green on to avoid those eager 11 and 12 year olds.
Thanks for all the support on the cookbook! I’m really excited to get it together and have an actual book in my hands soon. I apologize for my lack of blogging lately. All my free time is spent formatting and editing the book!
Here is what we are eating this week.
Monday – Pork loin in the slow cooker- One Dish Meal!
Tuesday – Stuffed Pepper Casserole – One Dish Meal!
Wednesday – Sweet and Sour chicken in the slow cooker served with rice
Thursday – Beef Stroganoff served with GF Pasta and steamed veggies
Friday – Chicken nuggets, mac-n-cheese and green beans (I have a work dinner)
Saturday – Greek Yogurt Pancakes – Looking forward to try apple cinnamon Chobani in the recipe!
