This week should be pretty normal for us. Nothing crazy going on so I should be able to get a good Gluten Free meal on the table every night. I’m using a few new recipes from eMeals and one from Amy Fothergill’s new cookbook, The Warm Kitchen. Check Instagram and Twitter for updates!
Monday – Chicken, Cheese and Mushrooms – a recipe from eMeals
Tuesday – Chicken Skillet Dinner – one dish meal
Wednesday – Pasta with Broccoli – a recipe from eMeals
Thursday – Sauteed Chicken following Amy’s instructions on page 113. Side of roasted veggies.
Friday – Leftovers
Saturday – Meatloaf with tater tots and mac n cheese
