The GFAF Wellness Event is coming to Charlotte, NC Saturday March 29th from 10am to 4pm at the Harris Conference Center. This is the biggest Gluten Free event in North Carolina! This is a do not miss opportunity to try amazing Gluten Free products and meet people like you!
The speakers include: Carol Kicinski, Dr. Anne Lee, Lisa Stimmer, Dr. Stephen Wangen, Dr. Akiba Green, Beth Mincher and me! I will be discussing Gluten Free menu planning and I will be doing a little cooking demo! Check out the event website as the vendor list is growing daily.
