The hubby and I escaped this weekend for 24 hours of no-kids, un-plugged time. It was fabulous to just be together, have no plans and eat lots of great food! As a teaser, the highlight was Gluten Free falafel with hummus on a Gluten Free pita!
This week hubby is heading to church camp for a week. That means me and the kiddos are on our own. Dinners are all the kids favorites and super easy to make.
Monday – Sliced ham, tater tots, green beans and mac n cheese
Tuesday – Honey Slow Cooker Chicken served with rice
Wednesday – One Dish Wonder
Thursday – Breakfast for dinner – mini egg frittatas
Friday – Chicken Spaghetti
Saturday – Cookout with friends
