Hey Ya’ll! How was your weekend? Do anything fun? We are now 8 days away from our trip to Disney and we are packed! That is right folks, our luggage is filled and ready to be placed in the van. You see this week is going to be crazy busy with work for Hubby and me so we needed to get everything ready to go ahead of time. I have to say there is a huge stress lifted knowing everything is ready. Highlights for this week include cleaning all the junk out of the van, road trip snack prep and keeping the kiddos calm.
Dinners this week will be a mix of paleo and just plain Gluten Free. Hubby is working most nights so I’m looking for easy meals for the kiddos and me. You can always check out the RECIPE page for over 150 Gluten Free recipes to feed your family.
Monday – Balsamic Glazed Pork – slow cooker meal
Tuesday – Chicken with White Sauce – slow cooker meal
Wednesday – Spaghetti with noodles for kiddos and zoodles for me
Thursday – Pizza night!
Friday – Eating out
Saturday – Traveling to Disney 🙂
