Been living with celiac for over 15 years!
Rock Star!
I’ve been GF for 15 years.
I have been living gf for about 6 years now!
Just hit my 3 year mark (January 2013)…and it’s been a crazy journey.
I can trace it back about 15 years before. I just never knew what was going on and always thought it told it was something else.
It’s a learning experience for sure!
I do have a severe reaction to gluten so even trace amounts in body products or makeup can leave me just as ill or with worse side effects as if I had eaten it.
Bad things- lost friends, and family still doesn’t get it.
Good- I’m living life again! And I started my own Youtube channel (Melissa in MN) to help those with severe gluten sensitivity like mine.
I’m learning to live with it. It’s a lifestyle change. It’s not easy but I’m doing it….and even after 3 years my body is still healing. But I’m doing it…One step at a time.
You go Melissa! It is a journey and it isn’t easy. Keep on rocking it!
I’ve been living gluten free since March 2015.
I have been gfree for 4 years

Since October 2015, It’s been a different kind of journey, the foods are so expensive.
It can be hard to figure out what is worth the money, you will make it through!
It was 3 years in September!
