Happy Easter! Did you get to indulge on a plate full of Gluten Free goodness? We did and I ate way too much! Here is my plate from Easter with Hubby’s side of the family.
It was epic! A big highlight were these Gluten Free dinner rolls I made. I used the bread mix from Our House and just rolled them into balls, let them rise and baked them. I had to use extra GF flour to form the balls but other than that I just followed the box instructions. They were awesome! I’m pretty sure I ate 4 on Sunday.
This week is spring break for the kiddos so our schedule is all off. We are also taking a mini-vacation later this week to relax and enjoy the break. Saturday is the Gluten Free Wellness Event (follow link for a chance to get FREE tickets) in Charlotte, NC. If you are within driving distance I strongly suggest you make the trip. It will be a room filled with Gluten Free food. You can try new products, get coupons and get great deals on products.
