Time to plan another week’s worth of Gluten Free meals! Do you have a plan? Need one? Well here you go!
How was your weekend? The Gluten Free twins and I headed to Carrboro, NC on Saturday to enjoy some awesome goodies. JP’s Pastry was sampling at the Weaver Street Coop. We got cupcakes, cookies, muffins, crumb cake and cheesecake bars. We are in Gluten Free baked good heaven! And to top it all off we got a loaf of bread and some pitas from Imagine That Gluten Free. Their bread is so good I bought the expensive butter so we could enjoy buttered bread. Not toasted, just fresh Gluten Free bread with awesome butter. Mind blowing bread.
Regarding our 12 week Lean Body Challenge, we are still trucking along. This is week 8 so we are past the half-way part. Last week my diet was on point but my exercise routine was not. I took most of the week off to recover from my tri last weekend. I only did light cardio so I will be hitting the gym hard this week to get back into the weight training.

Monday: Dinner out at Jason’s Deli
Tuesday: BLT and grilled cheese sandwiches on the Imagine That Gluten Free bread
Wednesday: Turkey Meatloaf with steamed veggies
Thursday: Grilling out turkey burgers and hot dogs
Friday: Pizza Spaghetti
Saturday: Pork chops and veggie sheet pan dinner – one dish meal
