Hey guys! Ready for another crazy week? Is your schedule as full as ours? Summer has begun and we have something every week. I just got back from being gone all weekend so I’m scrambling to get everything ready for the week. I have my menu but have not hit the grocery store yet so Monday I will just through together what we have on hand.
My trip to Cleveland was fabulous. I was blown away by all the great Gluten Free food options we found. I will share more this week so you can try some of these places out.
We are on week 10 of 12 for our Lean Body Challenge. We are still going but not as strong as the first half, I guess that is how these things go. The results have been good and I hope we will be able to keep some of the good habits going forward.
